Delivery Times

  • Standard UK Delivery: 3-5 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
  • Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next day delivery
  • International Delivery: 7-14 working days

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on the next working day. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

International Delivery

Returns Policy

Returns Timeframe
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

How to Return

  2. Print your returns label
  3. Package items securely in original packaging
  4. Drop off at any Post Office branch

Returns Costs

  • Standard returns: £4.95 (deducted from refund)
  • Free returns for faulty or incorrect items
  • International returns: Customer pays return shipping

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 working days of receiving returned items
  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Allow 5-7 working days for refund to appear in your account

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Customised or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products marked as final sale

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:

  • Provide photos of the fault or damage
  • We’ll arrange collection and replacement

Holiday Returns
Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st.
